I started off with the RE-SE D4 with a Kicker 600.1 then moved on to an ID-Max D4 with the Hifonics 2006D. When the ID-Max had a delam issue I didn't want to be down forever so I ordered a FI-Q D1 and finished up putting it in today with the same amp and setup. I don't know if anyone else has had all of these in the same box like this but they all play pretty darn good. I have found each time I changed it takes about 3-4 days to get accustomed to the way each plays. When I went to the Max I felt more output and it ended up sounding better than the SE. Now with this FI in I pretty much can tell it has more output but will have to go a few days to see if the SQ is better. At any rate if it lasts it is the one for me //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
I will be able to give my .002 later in the week after listening to this one so far but the ID-Max may be the better SQ sub. It is close at this point without listening much //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif I think the Max was a little looser where this FI sub seems tighter. Between hits it seems faster reacting. Anyone else have experience with these three?
