the type E was at 4ohms and wha kinda box did ya have the H2 in? i dont see ya not bein happy wit it. its a great sub, sumthin had to have been wrong for u 2 not be satisfied wit a sub like the H2 when gettin more than 1k of REAL power to it.

the sub itself in the right box just isnt very snappy. it seems kind of sloppy and it is extremely inefficient. when it is put up against say a w6v2, it doesnt really have that much output, a little more than the w6v2, but it cant come close to the JL in overall SQ. 90% of the bass notes were louder on the w6v2, but the h2 has more low bass, but sloppy low bass. just not impressed at all with it.

lol, like ive said be4, must have been the enclosure def, cuz from u described, sounds nuthin like my H2s did and they were 15s.

funny how i can get every other woofer to sound great, but yet everyone has so much doubt on me getting the h2 to work. i bet most of the people who are commenting on this thread havent even seen or heard a h2 in person.

well in my neck of the woods i was the only one that i knew of with a h2. orion isnt even pushed hard in my area, and if it isnt pushed that hard in my area, then i doubt it is pushed much harder unless you live in a major city.

given the same power the h2 cant even touch the ssx in output. with 1200 watts it cant even touch the ssi or w7. it just doesnt impress me one bit.

I was touched when I was little, abused too. Does that make me a bad person? Well I like my H2, Its loud and sounds good...for now. With a little work it can sound better, and its what 2 years old now.

you arent hostile though. if you are happy with your h2, great, but its not my taste. with 1000 watts the w6v2 killed it in output, and with 1500 watts the w7 killed it.

besides that little contradiction, give both the h2 and a treo ssx 2000 watts and the ssx will embarrass the h2.
