12" kicker l5 or 10 kicker l5

is the 12" prefabed ported kicker l5 dual 2 ohm worth the extra $120 over the same 10" prefabed ported kicker l5 dual 2 ohm? I have an orion 600d amp and can find the 10" in kicker ported box for $175 and the same twelve for $295.

I'm just gonna get the 10" for $160 shipped new from caraudio with their price match gaurantee I think its a good deal...is it not?

Are u talkin about the kicker prefab boxes,if so I would do the 12 cuz it is ported and the 10 isnt....
