What's up.....

I need some info on H.O. alternators, I recently bought one from mr alternator and it idled at 10.5 volts and the second one idles at 11.5 volts. Is that normal or are they supposed to idle at 14 volts?........

I was seriously thinking about shipping it back and buying one from another place. I never dealt with H.O. alternators before, could someone "PLEASE" help me out..........

"THANKS FOR ANY HELP"
