H.O Alternator Questions *LOOK*

Hey guys, Planning to order a alt for my CRX, Was looking around, came across these two:

MechMan 150 Amp Alt, Large Case:

MechMan.com - 150 amp large case conversion kit (60412142-113)

It says does full 150 at 1200 RPM

I also found an Iraggi:

180 AMP Alternator 88 89 90 91 Honda Civic CRX 1.5, 1.6: eBay Motors (item 220478516277 end time Jun-06-10 10:43:57 PDT)

It is a 180 Amp, But does anyone run Iraggi? Will it do the full 180 at under 2k RPM? Because 2k is what we aloud to run at for comps around here.

Also, If there is a another Alt that I didn't put down, feel free to suggest...I am trying to save as much money as I can...So if there is a cheaper one out there that isn't junk, let me know

check out DC powers, they make some good shit. my alt is working awesome(250amp)

i heard iraggi sucks, lots of problems

DC don't list an alt for my vehicle. But we'll see what happens, if they e-mail me back about it.

I have a mechman 220amp alt on my CRX and I couldn't be happier.

On the car model and year you have, its hard to find a large selection on ho alts. I like DC power but you say they don't have one and another company that is a cheaper alternative based out of TN is DBElectrical which have good alts ,but don't have ho alts for your car either.

I say go with mechman or check ohio gen and see what they have. I am more familiar with domestic cars like gm/ford.

Yeah, Looked at it, but i'm a broke high-school kid lol. So...I am kind of on a budget you could say? I would like to stay under 400...Although the extra 75$ for 220 might not be too bad
