If they are the subs in the pics then you are most likely 30 dB too low to break any glass or anything.

They look like old Pyle pro audio subs to me.

it just depends on how many windows you want to replace
i spiderweb a window about every three weeks. its a spendy habit, but worth it in my eyes

i have seen people blow seals/sunroofs/ and popdoor locks out...but thats at 160+ db

I wouldnt worry about it If I were you.I am doing mid 153s with barely any flex on the glass.

What kind of car and what setup?

It usually takes 40,000 + watts to bust glass.

Obviously whether glass will break or not is very vehicle and install dependent...resonant frequencies, pressure points on the glass caused by the vehicle or the flexing of the vehicle, etc...but yes it certainly takes a very serious amount of power to break glass in a typical setup
