guage wire???

i have a jensen 300 watt amp but im going to upgrade soon so what size wire should i get and what am i looking at for cost a ft?

4-8awg duuuuuuhhhhhh how many times i gotta tell ya lol

i would go 4ga because that is what i did and i can run a pretty big amp without buying bigger wire or a cap. you can always buy a distrubution block.

well for a 300w system.....8ga should suffice.....i'd only go w/ 4 ga. if u ever plan on upgrading to a much larger system......or u might run 4ga to a distro block then 8 ga to the amp.....whatever works best for u go w/ that one....
