Grounding amps???

I was just wondering what would be better to ground my amps on. To the frame of the car, or to a secondary batt in the back???

both are grounded to the chassis ultimately. do whichever is closer.

Actually both are grounded to the neg terminal of the battery or the neg terminal/case of the alt, ultimately since those are the points of zero potential. The chassis is nothing more than a conductor.
