ground to strut tower bolt?

I'm confused on why you are running a ground to Alternator. Its Battery+ to alt, engine block to chasis, Battery to Chasis. Tbolts holding the alternator to thhe engine supply the grounding it needs. Struts bolts are not the ideal spot due to vibratons that could lead to weaker connection over time. Try to find something near an engine mount.
alt bracket is used for engine ground, cause it's bolted to motor.. i have motor mounts close to battery on top of frame in front of motor that i can get to easy i just didn't want to mess with them...

My OEM negative battery ground is on one of my strut tower bolts connected by a tiny wire and was thinking of using that but will probly use alt bracket and oem chassis ground that’s nearby battery.

i will to if i can get my wire/ ring terminal to fit it tight spot beside batt.. i'll move wire off strut run to batt today or tomorrow and try that batt ground spot again while it's unhooked but man it's a paid to get to..

Im NOT an expert, and still have many questions.. But i lol'd too. Use the fk battery!
OK i moved alt ground wire to the battery..i found a spot that may work for frame ground.. it's less than a foot away from neg terminal and be easier than running more wire in between my fuse box and supercharger.. look at 3rd pic i pit small arrows on the spot that has partial hole there like it's supposed to be used https://imgur.com/6POq1D4 https://imgur.com/PiIik6i https://imgur.com/7nlqAv1

when im withon a foot of the battery, id prefer to use it. Some will argue, but my logic says that grounding to a frame means you are subjecting possible issues that arent necessary. Your now relying on the welds, and workmanship of another (especially unibody cars). I have my amps grounded to my frame, but they are in the rear of my car.. not 1 foot away. thats the only reason i said something, i wasnt trying to insult you.

on the 2nd pic u see how tight is it under that fuse box and i may run power wire there.. the factory ground is right under that blue wire but hard to get the ring to lay flat wire will stick out to close to super charger belt, which is y i tried to run to strut tower on other side of car no room at battery.. you think i can run short wire to other strut (close to alt) to alt bracket (put ring on top of one already there) and get away with just 1 ground wire going to batt? would that "count" as motor and body ground in 1 wire?

ok you were referring to te bracet I didnt catch that. I think that sould work if nothing else is close.
YEAH i finally got it done but i couldn't find a place for the fuse at all,, my terminals and space by the battery s>u>c>k!!!! so i ran + wire over motor instead of beside belts and fuse box and left it "hovering" over the motor about 1" (kinda like gp audio did in their video) couldn't see where i could put fuse.. https://imgur.com/oLlMHme https://imgur.com/erDiCfB https://imgur.com/Do8shfP this is ground close to battery, not sure if it counts as body or ground because motor mounts are bolted to this same piece so i guess it's frame, hate the wire has such a bend in it but again very little room beside battery..

Nice work! With all those grounds for that weak ass set-up; you'll be as loud as your wife's farts.
looks loud though //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Do not ground to your strut tower brace. What I do as far as big 3 goes...power from alt to battery (or rear battery if that's the case). Ground from battery to block and chassis. If you have 2 or more batteries, ground the front to a clean ground down surface and ground your secondary battery to a clean ground surface. I'm not really worried about a clean ground surface on the block but then again...I use lock washers so I know I'm good.

no 2nd batt.. i have body and motor ground (alt bracket) + the 1 to strut which is ran to alt bracket which connects the 2 body/ground to batt + another body ground here. https://imgur.com/Do8shfP u see i sand wire brush on drill pretty shiny metal https://imgur.com/DQfKgJI
