you can just ground the 4 guage wires (from the amp/s) together at a ground spot. you dont need to run it to a ground block.

Either one will work. I personally would ground each block seperately.

I run 4ga from the amps to a distro block, and then a short length of 1/0 from there to a nice ground boot. It's cleaner and easier to organize, especially if you end up using more than two amps.
