Ground Loop

I have a 1992 S10 Pick up, I have an aftermarket h/u, 4ch amp mono sub and all new speakers. I switched from an alpine 2v pre-outs to a pioneer premier 4v pre outs and now I'm getting a ground loop. I switched the RCA's to the best tsunami audio I could find to rule that out. I also moved the power wire to one side and the RCA's and speaker wire to the other side.

The weird thing is, it will get worse at times, it is usually pretty loud when the the trucks cold or on turn on, than as you drive it gets better? Anyone have any other suggestions i'm stuck on this one.
