Ground Loop Noise From Sub Amp?

I just installed a SQ 2200.2. I was testing with it just to make sure the outputs were putting out voltage. I hooked up some RCA's from my 4 channel amp's pass though and the door speakers began to make some pretty bad noise. What should I do to resolve this? The speakers do not make this sound when the pass through RCA isn't connected
