Long time no post been trying to get everything in order to get the grills manufactured. here is a pic of the prototype that will be sent to the manufacturer so they will get the grills correct. Thought you might like a look see.. This one is made of plastic (rapid prototype) but the real thing will be metal.. (aluminum)

And this is the rendering that you may have seen...

i didnt have to scroll over to see all of the grill (i did some for the last pic, but that was only for the rest of the background) but then again i have my resolution set at 1280x1024

The prototypes are for the 6.5" speakers. The excursion level on the larger ones are going to be around 2"- 2.5".

They are not targeted for any one speaker in particular they will be for all. I also will have adapters for the extreme excursion speakers to give enough space so they don't hit the cone.

The metal ones will look much better. As I said before this one is a Prototype and is made of plastic so it doesn't look all that good. It's just to show the manufacturers what it is supposed to look like.
