Out of those the Diamond Audio. For $2-$350 you can get a nice Arc Audio amp:

look at ZED, Hertz, Audison, older PPI, JL 300/4.. Check the classifieds.

might get some hate on this but i just installed a polk pa660 4channel and it sounds great, plenty of clean power and the amp looks clean, almost classy. Think that model has been discontinued but there are still plenty of new ones on ebay for about $100.

Im selling my DD SS4 its a mini SQ amp built like the ARC Audios ...very high end and in your budget...Its never been mounted...I did hook it up and test everything
