Looking like im going to go with a duracell, rather go with the quality purchase and pay the extra little bit

actually yellowtops cost more and is less quality that a duracell.... lol if you want quality, XS power, odyssey, northstar are top of the list.

He's got an 04 Blazer Xtreme. Im planning on doing everything needed in order to get the sub to run where it needs to be, i know he'll put his money he had saved for buying the sub and amp towards door speakers ect so thats all him. And for "the big 3", are there any suggestions on what would be the best kit to buy? As stated above, im pretty clueless to the car audio world

You don't have to be inclined to the mobile audio world, just handy and know your way around a car.

You don't have to buy a big 3 kit. If you search around and source all the pieces you'll save a little money.

I used oversize 1/0 welding cable. Much cheaper than the oversized car audio brands.

you can use the same cable to run his amps too. So if hes plannning to run 2 amps, mind as well pre-wire everything for 2 amps. That means you will need a distribution block with fuses, split to two 4awg cables.

No svc amp I. Stock. For 5-6 weeks. Hate to tell you just ordered one for a customer should be a decent set tho. So you'll need a big 3 kit and good amp kit 0gauge. A custom box and front speakers. Deck and possibly a miss and highs amp

@mylows10 has some kits, and he can custom one to your needs. ask him to make you an amp kit for 2 amps, too.

If you want to save some money on the battery, use sears diehard platinum agm.

sq 2200 would power that sub nice. plus its not as expensive as the scv. xs battery good choice. big 3 you can scrounge up the wiring on your own. amazon, knukoncepts 0 gauge OFC. you are going to need fuses also. ANL fuse holder too.

That d1200 is a pretty small battery. Most likely a d3400 will fit under the hood. But xs power is very pricey. That's why I said go Duracell 34 Battery for same performance and cheaper price.

Couldn't he save some money on the amp and go with a AB PH4000md? I know it's not Sundown, but it's still a good amp, and brand.

Don't forget to buy the sub with D2 coils for a 1 ohm load.
