Got sub/amp installed...barely any bass?

What could be the problem? 2000w Hooked it all up and turned it to 80% volume and its quieter than my previous system on 450w...what did i do wrong?

What is the old equipment and what is the new equipment?

Old equipment was sundown SA15 on an alpine mpr-m450. New equipment is a sundown zv5 18 on a sundown scv2000d. Big 4 is done. 350 amp Alt on the way
