Go find a real lawyer, tell him the absolute truth in the entire story. The Lawyer will then tell you "You have a case against the man and his company," Or "You do not have an case against the man and his company."

Why the hell you would have to come onto a caraudio forum to learn that bit of common sense is beyond me.

Also- chances are unless you hit the guy or attempted to swing at him, you getting pepper sprayed = you getting money awarded in civil court.

Yes, you should have gotten what you paid for.

No, you shouldnt have done whatever you did to get the guy to pepper spray you.

You should have asked him why he didnt do that, and that you paid for the service you did not get.

Then when or if he refused your request, threaten to and or call the BBB or the local police.

also, note that if the story did happen as told, he will have a hard time in that you do not have to admit to threatening him, wheras the peperspray did leave evidence.
