got stereo installed ended up getting pepper sprayed

hey i went to stealth audio in whitman mass to hoook up an amp and a sub and tune out me stereo they said one price over the phone and another when i was there. they worked on it for 1 and a half tuning it for 10 mins tops on the radio.no test tone cds the gains n my amps were set at 0. they told me it was done and i asked how much they charged per hour and they said 50 so i said it should be 75 right he said no i worked on it for an hour and a half and another guy for an hour so thats 2and a half man hours so i said w.e thats 125 he refunded me back 25 dollars and i left.

drove down the st looked at the settings in my deck the eq was completly flat i told him to fade my speaker all the way to the front because i was taking out my rears and running no rear fill. i went back demanded a refund. he said no i called him a hack and a joke he told me to leave and i called him a *****. he said ill **** u up and i said go do it im right here(im not a small guy 64 225 lol).

i left and told him i would be seeing im in small claims court.

i closed the door and as soon as i left he came out running after me and pepper sprayed me and ran back in the store.

i callled the police and now i have to go to court for assault and him for asault with a deadly weapon

assault doesnt have to touch some one he said i threatend to beat him up and made a fist so techincally thats assault.

anything is a deadly weapon even a boot.

the pepper spray had teargas in it if done long wnough it could kill someone

your not allowed at the store or property....but if u live close....then i am sure u will see him out sometime....then when u see him outside of his property beat his ***

i think rage against the machiene said it best "pistol grip pump on my lap at all times, they can be ****in with other *****s shit but they cant be ****ing with mine" but seriously in texas way too many people carry guns to pull a stunt like that with some pepper spray. nail his *** to the wall call the BBB about them call the news run them out of business
