got stereo installed ended up getting pepper sprayed

man,,,

that is so sorry that the guy came out with pepper spray AFTER he left the store. What a sorry ***.

I think this is sooooo pitiful, i went to their website to see if i could get a contact email and ask what his side of the story is and why he would be such a *****. Also, how they go about properly tuning and dont use test tones or anything. I want to know their EXACT methods.

here is their url.

im in netherlands so wont pay for the call. Their number is listed on thier site. Anyone have an email for them?

Would be kinda funny if the whole forum started harrassing them because they are sooooo lame. On the other hand,, maybe there is another side to the story. Looking forward to someone being bold enough to find out the deal.

so you had him install your amp\sub\headunt\speakers or whatever he did.
you asked him to fade your speakers. and he did not do this.

you paid for the installation of your equipment. he delivered.

fading your speakers is like a 10 second job. and you wanted your money back and to fight him over it?

you my friend. are real real dumb.
no it wasnt the fact that he didnt fade the speakers.i asked him tuneto it that way he did not tune the car at all didnt touch the equalizers timing alignment or anything. the gains were he set were at 0. he told me it was going to be 4 hours ofwwork an hour just to tune and he didnt.

If I where you, I would talk to an attorney. Chances are you would have a good case against this guy. If your story is true, being a business they had a right to correct the problem to the customers request, it is what you paid them for. I would have to say even if there was a little twist to what you said, they had no reason to spray you. If they had a problem they should have simply called the police.

I think you have a good case there buddy. They attacked you unwarranted and acted on there own with out calling the authorities. You should also be able to get some money for pain and suffering.

I hate our court systems and the fact that we have 5% of phone books filled up with attorney (over in New Zealand there was only 1 page). but in cases as this, FUGGIN DO IT MAN.

Chances are the court will be on your side as you are a consumer and the business should abide by customers requests.

hmm...I went to the site and checked out there "mini-album". Didn't really see much of anything that floated my boat....2 of the installs looked nice, the rest were just adequate....from a display perspective that is. Fundamentally, they may have been astounding I dunno. Just not overly impressed with what I saw.

We're only getting half the story here.

IMHO any person who would come back and demand a refund because someone didn't set his fader and his eq (probably a simple 7 band graphic) and start cursing at the owner deserves a good pepper spraying.

I'm sure you left out the part where you told him "I'm coming back to kill you." or "If I ever see you on the street I'm gonna..blah blah blah"

You don't sound too smart and would probably start a fight if someone used big words that you didn't understand, like ambidextrous.

Shop owner: "I didn't know you were ambidextrous?"

You: " Hey! FU. I ain't no queer!!"

I noticed you have a pioneer premier 860.

If that HU has the Auto EQ feature your eq WILL look flat even though the HU has done the auto-eq and time alignment feature already. I'm not sure if that HU has the auto eq feature or not.

Hmm...

Sprayed after you left the store, maybe if you put up a fight and didnt leave after you were asked several times i can see why this would happen.

If you just walked out when they asked you to thats definetly un called for, but who am i to tell what went on.

P.S

Auto eq does not look flat, it has peaks and valleys but its definetly not a smiley face
