so if you listened to two systems and one was obviously louder you wouldn't say it was louder unless the meter says so? doesnt make sense. do you listen to your music with your ear in the kick or on the windshield.

Yes I've been in 156db explorer that sounded quieter then 150db car..

Yes, lots of cars sound louder to the ear but arent as loud on a meter.

We had a guy with acouple massive hippo 12s on two massive 4K (2k really amps) and he thought has was going to be close to a 150db he metered a 143db and about cried.. Ahhh good times, good times
