Got Some Monster Cable 201XLN HELP!

you can use it for your remote wire, but isnt it kinda strange how the rem is usually on the opposite side of the amp? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif

stupid RCA manufacturers.

anyway. youd be betterset to go get some RCA's from http://www.knukonceptz.com over monster cable. that crap is just overpriced wire in a giant plastic box. if you already have it and cant return it for cash, then use it. but dont ever buy it again.

id advise spending your hard earned money elsewhere.

i dont believe i opver paid for these wires. i got 3 sets for $30 each 5m long. i bought it online. but anyway. the wire is not for remote wire. if it were, the oppiste side of the rca would have the exact same wire hanging out. the wire is only on 1 end of the rca's.

i got some knukoncept 4 channel 6m rca's they are very flimsy and broke after i took them out of the package. so iam going to stay away from them. except for the ones that come in the amp kit, thoes are actually nicer.

those clear blue ones with the twisted pair is what im talking about from knu. no the purple ones.

anyway, $30 for a 5m wire is utter bullshti dude. theres no way in hell id pay over $15~$20 for a 16" RCA wire. $90 for 3 wires is you being bent over and reemed in the ***. i cant believe people buy this crap from these huge conglomerates. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/patriotic.gif.b47a6e0394a3738334c387bdf79409f4.gif

It is actually a grounding wire, not a remote wire. One end of it is designed to be grounded to act as a drain in the event of noise. Some people use it as a remote on line and as long as the current draw is low enough they work fine.

PS - boycott Monster as long as they are continueing to sue people who use the word "Monster" in anything. For example. If you were to have a "Monster" sale and advertise it as such, Monster Cable would be a knocking at your door for trademark infringement.
