I've negotiated a few, but never took advantage of them b/c I didn't know if I could meet all the terms 100%... and I'm not someone to get free equipment and then fail...

if your sponsored do they basically pay for your equipment and give you anything you need as long as you show it all over that they are sponsoring you like decals and t-shirts and stuff?

First off it is very unprofessional to come in talking about being sponsored. I understand you happy about it but a lot of people on this forum do not care. People bust their ***** year in and year out to be declined by companies and for a unestablished competitor to be bragging about being sponsored just twists the knife a lil more.

Plus like ng said your not sponsored you recieve a partial discount and its not wise to go into a public forum talking about your discounts.

HO alts offers the same oppertunity to everyone by having a application on their website so trust me its nothing special. Just make sure you fulfill every obligation that is on their website.

I totally agree with Big OSO.

This is VERY unprofessional. What goes on between us competitors and the companies that choose to help us out is CONFIDENTIAL. The only thing that needs to be done on your part is fullfill the obligations of your contract.

And yes...this is not a sponsorship, they are giving you a discount.

you guys are right, i was just a lil over excited about my discounts thatd i thought'd i share. aparently no one does give a shit. big suprise lol. also correct is that these are just "competitor pricing" or "sponsorship pricing"...not anything near a real sponsorship where they'd just send me equpiment and let me have at it (although that would be nice). sorry if i offended anyone

as far as the HO alty deal i was already aware they offer that to pretty much anybody, thats why i was ZOMGing about it when i got thier discount. I thought it was cool i accually got this deal from scottieJ. But you guys are right it's not very professional to talk about it in this mannor. nG, glad to see ur on top of being a *** as ussual, keep up the good work. where would CA.com be without you? probably far less ghey but it's also be a tad bit less interesting without you.
