The black and yellow is just clean and sexy. It's very modern with a general bad *** feel. It's the same on my 703.

Wow i thought the speaker shop went out of business. Over there on main street near UB campus. Last time i was in there they had a ton of Mcintosh equipment. Do they do car audio still?

yep, still in that position. you may be thinking of stereo equipment, which moved a few years back. they still have a ton of mcintosh in stock, along with pioneer elite, rotel, krell, etc. very nice stuff. awesome service in there as well. find a time where its dead, you may be able to listen to the Quad electrostatic speakers for 11k...

black and yellow is very sexy, and definately bad ***, kinda remind me of the crystal SSC6's but anyways, im off to bed

sorry just saw this post, my reciever says it puts out 110 rms for the front channels @ .015 THD, but im not sure how accurate that reading is. ill probably upgrade in a few years, but i got this one for a steal (150 shipped, used) so itll stay untill i get more money

you want to get those speakers off the shelf, and onto some nice spikes, it will enhance the midbass a lot.
