Honda's automatics had a lot of recalls. They're just a shitty design.

Just like the input shaft bearing in the manuals. It's covered by a bearing seal, so no ***** fluid lubes it, so it burns out. Even faster if you engine brake a lot.

My ex girl friends dad had a 1999 Honda Accord and he had to get his auto fixed at 156,000 miles .and the shop said they dont get alot of Honda's in there.

Mostly all of Honda's autos are trash, but the newer (2004+) autos had a lot of recalls.

When I was searching for info on my Civic (manual), all I could ever find was stuff for the automatics.
