Got me a honda!

Yesterday i picked up a 96 Honda Accord. What do you guys think? its got 165k miles on it. It just needs some new CV axles which ive already priced at $45 a piece //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif and a CD player. Not a bad car for $1100. I havent really had a chance to clean it up yet.

i had 4 people at my job fighting for the car. i just happened to keep the key in my pocket for a few days. but my plans are to put about $300-$400 into the car and just turn around and sell it at the beginning of the year. hopefully tripling my profits.

In order to double or triple a profit, you have to have a profit margin... since you just bought the car, and you're gunna put money into it, you have no profit.

Maybe triple your investment, sure. But not profit.

Flip will back me up on this one.

And unless you re-paint it, put new wheels (anything other than steelies) I don't think you'll get more than 2, maybe 3 grand.

so the miles on it is no big deal. I was thinkin of geting a honda so i should not worry if the miles are over 150,000?
