Got me a honda!

so the miles on it is no big deal. I was thinkin of geting a honda so i should not worry if the miles are over 150,000?

I know a lot of different cars that have gone for 500K + miles. One of my dad's employee's truck had his gauge flip 6 times (Old Ford F-150), that's 600K miles, and it's still chugging along, no problem.

You just have to be weary, however the JDM Rice burners last longer than most domestic cars.

I have had 3 honda crx's from the late 80s early 90s all were on original transmission ( manual ) all 175,000 + miles. Even had one with 230k

Nice. Can't complain for that little of cash. I had a 94' Accord 4dr and loved it.

what about with a auto would u still look at it as a good deal. Im really in the need of a car/truck and i seen this thread and that car would be great for me. I have that much to spend

im not a fan of autos, this is my first straight drive car. my other car (ford focus) is an auto.

Stay FAR AWAY from Honda auto transmissions, junk.

Me too! The auto transmissions in accord's jerk gears hard and take their time in switching between neutral and d4 and reverse. Maybe not all but the 3 that are in my family all are like that. With 130k, 110k, and 169k on them all I'm not complaining.
