anyways- not going to be significantly louder than my cd2-comp full body anchored active 3-way set-up in the explorer (if it is AT ALL)- plus mine will atually soudn distinctly good, and avoid having to have speakers on your armrests and firing into the side of the seat.

he has ~700 tied up in this, in amps and speakers, it wouldn't be hard at all to put together an active setup with raw drivers that would stomp on those eminences in volume and clarity.

Also some ID full bodies come to mind too.

Man there are a ton, hell you could even make those eminence sound great...With a little work alsmost anything can sound great, its the number that you have that kills it for you. Why not try to make a kick *** Bass Setup that actually gets loud and not harsh.
