You're not really supposed to halve things. It looks better if you use the 1/3 rule. more interesting from an artistic stand point.

Like you have a line of symmetry down the middle. Use the page area in thirds, and remember to watch your negative space. ( the blank area)

i dont like it myself, background is to dark, lettering is a lil to dark, the supra to the right looks out of place....

well i didnt even know i had photostudio on my computer until today, so ive never used it. btw, it only took me like 5 minutes to make.
