Got an old RF Punch amp from a friend...

LOL, ok dude, believe whatever you want... i'll keep enjoying my setup configured as i said with a dual 2 ohm cvr wired in parallel and bridged to my punch 100. Like i said, the cvr is rated at 400w rms, and this can push it beyond it's limits without a problem.
It could push it to it's limits mechanically wired at 4ohm bridged.

300 watts is enough to get a CVR10 to full tilt mechanically. A sub is rated on the coils thermal ability not the subs mechanical limit, since that is based off enclosure. In most enclosures I am certain a 10" CVR can reach full boogie with less than 400RMS going to it.

well, that's possible, but that doesn't change the fact that it's wired in parallel. If you'd like I can post pictures of the wiring and connection. It's a d2 wired in parallel, bridged on a punch 100.
I can wire one in parallel and take a picture to if that's what I wanted. I still know they don't reliably run daily at 1 ohm bridged and wanging hard.

LOL, well, you know something that's backed by your experiences in frying amps. I know something that's backed by my experiences in using an amp for over a year in the conditions you claim are impossible. I don't really care if you believe me nor have any reason to lie about what i'm running, so whatever, enjoy your ignorance, i'm done arguing with you about inconsequential shit and there's no way i'd convince someone who is intentionally ignorant not to be anyway

Yes, I fry them //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif I didn't say me jackass. I said witnessed it. Countless times. A class A/B amp designed for 4ohm loads will not reliably run at full tilt on a bridged 1 ohm load. This isn't an Orion HCCA or other design made specifically for low impedance loads. How can I be ignorant of a situation I have witnessed to be true numerous times. I guess we will end it by saying you must have gotten an exceptional version of the amp. We shall call it the Ultra100DSM:rolleyes:.

How about you clamp it and add an O-scope and bench that thing to 600RMS@1ohm and show me.

Dude, i'm so done with your trolling.
I know they take 3ohm and I never ran 2ohm long enough to fry any of mine, because I SEEN them fry. The ones I hooked to a 2ohm load permanently were done out of request for the people I was installing them for despite my warnings. So I didn't fry them. They were fried by idiot owners who thought they knew more because they listened to idiots spew BS like you.

If you honestly think these amps are that capable, then clamp it and make a video showing me all these things. You will need a klippel distortion analyzer too.

A. It is pushing a 600RMS sine wave @ 1ohm

B. There isn't overly abundant distortion

C. It last more than 30 minutes at this level

until you can show this, your seat of the pants claim of it making 600RMS @ 1 ohm is PURE BS.

Call up a tech at Landis and kindly ask them how many boards they have seen come in unrepairable due to someone running 2 ohms and under bridged. The Power supplies in these get so hot they burn the board into an unrepairable state.

This was never an exercise in trolling. It was an exercise in keeping people from doing a stupid maneuver like you claim to do. It's people like you that make the respectable RF fans look bad.
