Sounds like he's deflecting blame to save himself...Someone sent me a pair of components all the parts loose in a cardboard box about 5 times too big. Needless to say the woofers had both been punctured and the tweeters domes punched in. Some people just go cheap and pray that it gets there fine.

can the buyer chime in and explain what resolution has been made in the meantime?

I bought the sub to sell to a friend. Hes still going to buy it, but not even for what i got it for now so I am going to lose some money.

No offense But if my gf did something like that I'd slap her upside the head and make her **** extra hard that night.... Seriously paper plates??? Has she never Recived a package before?? I doubled packed my sub in 2 boxes with 4 feet of foam. . . you could throw that shit down the stairs and it won't brake.

Personally I think that is good service and I'd keep him on my refs for the simply fact that he is trying to make things right.
