What would sound best?

a friend of mine has a '95 extended cab dodge dakota, hes wantin to get just on or maybe two subs for it, ive got a 10" alpine type S and a 10" infinity reference series in my truck and he likes the sound of the type S, Is that what he should get or should he go with a 12, also what brand would be best?

nobody can tell you wat will sound best for someone else ears but they can tell you which will get louder and things like that. If he likes the Type S tell him to get a type S but i would suggest a type R in a nice ported box if he wants to go with Alpine...the Type R gets louder.
