ya but im not gonna replace that plate, sucks that its broken at least im gettin sub alittle cheaper, i already have the box made for it so had to go with it...worked free air so hopefully turns out all good in the box... said hed refund me if it didnt work so its all good

Well, if he blames his wife or whatever then it takes the pressure off him and he looks like the good guy when offering to fix the situation that his "wife" did.

Pure speculation, it's just sketchy how it took him so long to reply to anything and when he did, it was his wife that packaged the sub.

Not everyone's honest, which is the only reason I'd consider different. Plus he has incentive to make it look like it was not his fault, protecting his selling rep. here.

i understand but he could have not said anything n didnt care at all..at least hes trying to make something right here..made my new sub alittle cheaper so not to bad a deal on my part, gonna try it out tomorrow hope it all goes good

I received an infinity amp before wrapped in a garbage sack stuck in a usps flat rate box.
