You need to talk to someone that actually knows the laws because if you research at all, as long as it was in a city area, they can't ticket you because it's unconsitutional. Basically, the law for noise ordinance in the city had exceptions for business and political use. Someone fought it because it is just as much your right to play your music loud as it is for a business rally or political campaign. So they deemed that particular law unconstitutional. However, it would be different if you were rolling through a neighborhood. lol

Look it up. Atleast in FL(idk if its diff there) the guy got off because they said it was unconstitutional. Do some research, it wasnt hard to find.

I am considerate with my system. i dont blast it at redlights, or late at night, turn it down whenever i see cops, etc. It was some ******* who followed me that got me a ticket. He basically made sure the cops found me. And as for the flame pinstripe and dtp, and rims. what? yall sayin i shouldnt make ym truck stand out? i should just leave it stock? then whats the point? I am proud of the mods I do, and strongly believe in being unique. Not having what everyone else has. That's why my truck stands out. It's one of a kind. I know it makes me a bigger target for thieves, but trust me, i got that covered. If you dont like flames, so what, its objective. People like what they like. i dont hate on others for their tastes, cuz everyone has an opinion. It's not gna be easy for anyone to take my ****. Just be glad they didn't impound your vehicle for loud music. Rockford and Peoria are two that I know of that do.

Just be glad they didn't impound your vehicle for loud music. Rockford and Peoria are two that I know of that do.

People ain't hating on the rims or the flame pinstripe.

Saying you are out to DTP though is not the "smartest" thing to do. Maybe you did DTP, and now you are paying the price. If you were considerate with your system, no one would have had reason to "make sure the cops find you".

Like I said.....follow the 4 steps I posted and you will probably be fine from here on in.
