Got a front stage question....

I'm doing my friend's front stage in about a week and this is what he wants to run.....

Pair of Lanzar Opti65 mids... the ones with 3 inch voice coil. He wants to feed the pair 200-250 watts rms.

Pair of Crescendo XST2 Supertweeters...He wants to feed the pair 200 watts rms crossed at 3khz if possible.

The mids are 4 ohm each and the tweets are 8 ohm each. He has no active head unit so running active is out of the question. How can we make this work? Big 2 channel or 4 channel?

Something like this? I'm just worried about the tweeter staying above 3k hz. I heard "bass blockers" work but wouldn't that seriously destroy SQ?
