bench warrents are only for 7yrs tops, and They'd probably "suspend" your license in AZ and since you aren't from there it doesn't matter. I went without paying many, many fines and the most they will do is suspend license, lets not scare the kid guys. Ofcourse that's WA i don't know about AZ

i do speed but i don't come on ca.com and ***** about it and whine how to get out of it. why should you be given a break? you were going atleast 10 over, assuming az speedlimit is 70, i'm guessing no points on your liscense either, and you were lucky to be caught by a camera cause if you got pulled over by a police officer you would've had to pay the fine immediately since you were out of state, or be held at a county jail. seems like you caught a break to me

Under no circumstance in WA is a police officer to accept money, even if it's to pay a ticket or whatever be the situation. I mean think about how easy it'd be for them to say it never happened.

EDIT: i'd be willing to bet that the cop got over on your cousins if you had to pay them for the ticket.

Yes, radar detectors can pick up the cameras. Said cameras don't bother to photograph your license plate unless they're detected that you are exceeding the posted maximum limit. They do so with essentially the same equipment that cop cars have that tell them you're speeding as I understand it (I'm happy to be corrected if I'm wrong on this point, however)

just get a blocker... it's a device that makes it so your licence plate appears to be too shiney.

Cops don't see it if they are radaring you.. it doesn't jam that... but it will block those freeway cameras.
