Got 2 12 L7's right now looking for something else

right now i have 2 12" kicker L7's, they sound good, i just got a new amp hooked up to them a hifonics bxi2006d and the bass is very deep, but i am looking for something a little louder, and a little better sound quality, im looking to spend around 400 for a pair, i was thinking about type X's but im not sure any help would be appreciated,
