Just go with the IDMAX, you will NOT be dissapointed. Search around, their are some available pretty often.

i have 2 12" swiss audio 1290's for sale for $150. they are dvc 4 ohm and 700 wrms each. I'm in ohio so you could do local pickup.

I have mine off a NINe.1 and it's fantastic. Yes of course, watching gains.

Seems like I've been saying this alot of late, but grab yourself a DVC 4ohm 05 15' Type R.. you should have no problem obtaining one of these for around $185-200+Shipping.. the RMS is 750W which shouldn't be a problem since they are under-rated.. you could run it at 2 ohm and give it around 1000W RMS.
