Good SUV under 10 grand?

depends on how old you are looking to go really, i just sold me grand cherokee and loved it! its on the smaller side of suvs so its not a gas *****, plus you can get an 05 or 06 around that price

Well, personally I drive an '03 Land Rover Discovery II. It's AWD. You can get them for about 9k w/ ~70-90k miles. But, I'd get an 01, 02, or, 04. They come w/ locking differentials. The

'03s don't. They're REALLY nice.

Buying this for my mom, she just needs something to get around in. Small to mid size, 4 door, decent gas mileage but not a huge concern.

Don't want to go too old or too many miles. Trying to find something halfway recent. She has an 88 4-runner now so just about anything is an upgrade...haha

what a useless, piece of shit post.
To the OP, 10k with that little bit of info in your first post leaves you with a TON of options.
There really aren't alot of restrictions besides what I listed above. Small to mid size, 4 door and 4wd or awd. Wanna stay recent and nothing super fancy lookin more for reliability.

There are TONS of options out there which is why I wanted to see what others own in that range and like

xterra 05 and up tho....04 and down is realy good to for under 10k
Been lookin at those actually. Seem to be some decent prices on those in the 02-04 range
