Yup, the newer ones are nice and pretty cheap.I vote explorer. They can be had for CHEAP for what you are buying. A nice bang for the buck.
x2Ford Escape
Yup, I have a friend that is a ford tech, heard about the transmission issues on the older ones. The escape's seem to keep their value better than the explorers for some reasonx2I love mine and it isnt to big but yet is big enough to fit 5 people. Gets ~25 mpg with 22s and system so it must do better w/o.. I would definetly look into this.. Be sure to at least get 2005 up because earlier models were notorious for transmission problems
I've owned chrysler products before and probably won't own another one //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gifJeep Grand Cherokee you can get a really nice one for 10 grand
you can also get one like mine and get 22s and a system for under 10 grand
Thats another option too, I've driven one and again a good value car. Mileage is a plus too. With the new body style out hopefully the old body style prices are cheapI drive a Scion XB which a lot of people hate the look but you would be surprised with the room inside plus 30+ mpg it really is not a bad little car. Another one I would look at is the Honda CRV though I am not sure what year you would get for that.
