good sq subs

looking for some sq subs either one 10 or 12 or two doesnt matter let me know also some input on some good sq brands just incase i find some local. i was big into bass and i had two 15s still got another one. i like the way that sounded but i have this crappy kicker comp 10 just to hook up till i get a new system and i was like d*** i like the way that sounds but would like better i dont wanna rock out with that in my trunk

i know i can get a jl 13.5w7 for 400 in a box built to specs from jl but i know ppl say there over priced whats ur opinion

too...be honest i dont think you'll go wrong with the W7 and box for $400 as long as it works properly....

yeah well i tested at like 500 or so true power and it was fine the problem was i wasnt impressed but i couldnt fit the d*** thing in my car we had it propped hanging in my truck so the trunk wasnt closed but still sound good just not all hard. if i get it id have to take my back seat off and then take out the bars that hold my rear back window piece but i know jl is way over priced but now on that price is it worth it? i know i can get a jl 10w7 but the guy wants 325 for it i miles well go big and get the 13.5 for 75 more was built to specs by a high end local shop by me for that 13.5

I have a Skar 12, a custom Tc9 12, But I think if you you liked the 15's and want SQ my Hertz HX 380's would be perfect...

w7's are great for sound quality deff good price for $400 and it will get decently loud in a proper box. if u want something a bit more sq i hace 3 diferent 11 inch focal subs, pm me if interested

If that focal is a 27V2 then that is one of if not the best sq subs I have ever had the pleasure to hear. Loudest well no it’s not meant to knock pics off the walls but what it does do is create the most realistic sound I have yet to hear a sub make... I still say TC based as they are very close 2nd IMO on SQ but can take a butt load of power!! Oh did I mention they are just pure s e x.... The focal I saw was in a I want to say a 0.77cf box sealed of course. It did somewhat lack low end worked best above 38-40hz. Maybe it can play low 30's but from my experience if you want to get down into the high 20's-low 30's then you might need to rethink your setup... Again this is just from my personal experience and in no way is it written in stone.

Might want to look into Seas L26ROY it’s also one heck of a good sq sub.. Only got a brief 2min demo with this sub so I can't comment much on it but from what I saw/heard it would be a great sq sub.....

Never seen or heard but the word around is that the Hertz HX300D, Focal Polyglass 27 V1 are all from what I hear very nice sq subs....

Even after that all being said I say TC or nothing..... Just IMO hate away people
