wanting SQ means you dont want it to be loud.....and those who want to flame, one twelve, and somebody wt a 150-200 budget and a 700 rms isnt gonna get too loud. so just make sure what u mean by SQ cuz i was partially wrong wt my setup and i know many others who say "SQ" because obviously nobody wants to say their subs arnt a "sound quality" setup, inferring that it sounds anything less then good. So id say a Diamond audio d6 12"....would be perfect off that power and matches your budget

for strictly sq, my options would be, infinity perfect 12.1 & VQ, IDQ, SEAS LOTUS & possibly tc2+ (rl-i). I'm in the process of testing the tc2+.

I would watch and save up alittle more cash and grab a jl 12w6v2 i was more then happy with the sq out of them and there almost in your price range and take 400-500rms daily with no problem but you can give them more if needed.
