Good sounding 8” mid

hello I’m kind of new to this car audio thing. Looking to build (2) kick panels for my 87 cutlass and looking for some nice sounding 8” mids to go in there. Also I’ve been researching beyma and ds18 which one of those sound better?

Are looking for more of a loud pro audio mid range? Running 2 way? Or a dedicated midbass in 3 way setup? Beyma over DS18 any day though.

Lol don’t really know man. I’m going to run 4 12” inch subs not sure I’m brand yet but just want something that’s loud and clear

Another option is Rainbow IL-W8F 150watt 4 ohm midbass, graphite cone, only 2 inch depth but they are pricey!

You don't need 8" mids to get it loud enough, and that speaker size is not generally appropriate for kick panels.

Speaking of kick panels, you'll most likely need to have the back side vented to atmosphere for proper sound from the speakers. It's the same as designing an enclosure for a subwoofer. Too small and it sounds like garbage.
