I’ve been told I should up the amp for peak performance of my sub. I’m looking for 1200-1500 watts, 1-ohm stable mono. So what brands should I look into? Trying to keep it $300 max.
I would go with boss audio sound systems there great I have 2 subwoofers and 2100watt and 4 ohms with a boss 1200.2 amp and they knock so well im I play my music at max volumI’ve been told I should up the amp for peak performance of my sub. You should look up boss audio amp dynos aka where they measure the true rms the amp puts out. You can make better choices later on with amps that actually do real powerI would go with boss audio sound systems there great I have 2 subwoofers and 2100watt and 4 ohms with a boss 1200.2 amp and they knock so well im I play my music at max volum
If you're going to run full bridge may as well go with one with a 2 year warranty from a company known for making good on warranties. IMO not much reason to buy from Brazil anymore when you can get Sundown warranty and service for not much more money.Sundown SFB

Your the 3rd person to suggest this amp so hopefully you can help me understand something since I don’t know amps that well. If the Alpine X is dual 4 ohm, and to my knowledge can only be wired down to 2 ohms; how would this amp be good for my sub when it’s rated to push 750 watts @ 2 ohms.US Acoustics Mike. 2 year warranty as well.
