Good "small" set-up?

I don't know a lot about these amps/subs. Is this a decent "small" set-up. I had a Type X before but I don't want something that loud... lol. How should this sound in some people opinions?

Car: 2004 Mitsubishi Lancer

Box: Sealed

Subs: 2 12" Phoenix Gold X MAX

Amp: Phoenix Gold XS2500

Cap: Stinger 1 Farad (yeah I know they're useless... lol)

I know the X MAX stuff is some of thier older stuff.

Not yet. But the budget is really small. 400 CDN. (like 300 USD?)

i think thats a pretty good setup given the budget.
