They are b-stock. Meaning returned and open box, or cosmetic defects that didn't past quality control. All tested to have 100% flawless functionality. I got my SA b-stock and the only cosmetic defect was a minor scuff on the surround that no one would notice unless they were looking for it, which I really was.

Exactly the same, they may have small cosmetic flaws, but they have been tested, if I wanted to get 2 12's, I would jump on those in a heartbeat.

 
so they would work just as good as brand new ones. well those are extremely cheap, and i could afford them right now if i wanted, just have to buy amp and box later...
but will these rattle my throat hard? lmao/..

They will give you some serious bass set up right, and that is a good deal with the box if it's well built and tuned right.

You can tune low and send them a bit over rated, and they will pound hard, but that was on 3500+ RMS, which is like 3x rated, that is probably an SPL comp set-up, only good for short bursts, daily listening on that much power will destroy the subs.

 
but for daily power, will i still feel it in my throat with those subs, ill set it up however i have to, just without upgrading the alternator for now.

You'll feel it a lot, even the stock sub in the Toyota FJ can give some rattle, that's because Toyota took the time to build the enclosure correctly.

 
well im thinking i should just buy the subs for 130, because it would cost to much to ship the box probably, and be cheaper to get built here.

now im just debating on purchasing or not.

if i were to, i would need to find the specs to make a 30 hz box?

would i need to upgrade my 4 guage wire, or battery, or add a battery?

how many rms total constant could i get out of these subs? 1500 atleast?

What brand is your 4 gauge, if it's good OFC wire it can handle 1500, I believe a pair of the subs will handle about 1500, you only need to add a battery if your lights dim, and someone here can probably design your complete box for a bit of cash.

 
well my lights dimmed already with my ****** mtx subs, but will my stock alternator and battery be able to run a 2000-3000 rms amp, and a backup battery in the back? and 1500 rms will deff make everything rumble right?

A good battery in the back will help, but not solve the problem, 1500 is a lot of power, you'll be surprised.
