Good ol' old school MTX 3way/4 way active crossover.

Found one of these off craigslist, and boy I am //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif An 11 year old MTX RT-XO3A. Not only does it have the typical highs, bandpass mids, and lows outputs, but also a center channal output pair. The fun thing about the center channel pair is that the "front center" is the same as the front left, and the "rear center" is the same as the rear right. So as long as you have indentical front and rear input signals (or use the parallel input switch with just 2 inputs), you have an extra bandpass pair of stereo outputs. I emailed mtx and their techs say its most likely 8v in and 8v out on the signal side. Sweet piece.

I sold one sometimes back for $300 I'll get some closeup pics of the one I have...They were called MTX's "Black Box"...though it was made in white also....it was actually a special switching device...it doesn't have high inputs...the terminals were for switchs....

Actually I don't think I've ever posted pics of the crossover...I did of the old school Hifonics EQ Crossover...

I should dig up my old RF Punch 5X crossover one of these days. It uses computer boards and soldered-on resistors to achieve any xover point desired. It was quite unique in its design.
