3 doors down - the better life, one of my favorite rock albums ever. all their stuff is great

as for nickelback, get the **** out. besides their first album and part of their 2nd, they are terrible. every song on the radio sound exactly the same

The new AFI cd decemberunderground is really good

The couple of song from Hinder I've heard are really good(check out Lips of an Angel for sure)

30 Seconds to Mars is really big right now and have a good ablum to go with the hype.

Lacuna Coil-Karmacode CD (great band and awesome female singer)

Dragonforce has some of the fastest guitar playing I have ever heard (has a classic Iron Maiden feal to it)

The new Stone Sour cd is just as good as the first one

You can also check out Vaux I've only heard a couple songs but what I've heard and read you can't go wrong with the new cd.

I could keep going but I'll wait to see if this thread keeps going or not.

forget anything recrded after 2000. It ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL sucks.... Besides it's not like there needs to be any more rock, Chuck Berry and Jimi Hendrix already covered rock...

I saw Lacuna Coil in concert a week after karmacode came out and all I have to say is they sound better in person (which now a days is kind of hard to find). Both singers sounded awesome, but Christinia was just breathtaking seeing this little woman with such a giant voice.

P.S. They were opening for Rob Zombie, who kicked major ***. Best show I've been to period
