ive got self tapping screws, im just trying too find a proper spot too make a ground... both my amps are getting alot hotter then they should.

Grounding cable should not be more than 3 feet long. Get some sand paper and find a very hiden spot closest to a frame support. I dont remember if that is a unibody. but anyways, sand the paint away. should be metal on metal contact when grounding. Self tapping screws are ok, but I would find a nice solid bolt to pull out and re assemble with the ground cable attached.
