But back when I was in SC I would eat gumbo, chowder, and chicken bog all during the winter.

My GF is from SC and we go back to visit family often and the food is so good I gain weight like a mofo ! No to mention there’s literally a place to everywhere! Never seen so many restaurants and there all good ! One day we are going to go to Louisiana to visit , I can’t wait to eat there, they got what I like it seems ! Shellfish and spicey food but I love to eat all kinds of food ! Literally just got off treadmill and working out or I would be a fat bastard lol !

I was always skinny to Med build but man when you get older it’s really hard to keep it off or I should say to get it off once you let it building up ! I try to exercise reg because I love to eat.
