He can afford to semi-starve for a few months. Might sound mean but there's serious health complications that come with being over 350lbs.... unless he's a hulking beast competing in strongman competitions.i cook every day.. + buy all grocerys, wife works 60 hrs a week and bro in law weighs 379 pounds.. not gonna let him get to hungry seen to many movies with cannibals on them..
wow yeah i usually cook/fry meat 1st throw in pressure cooker (best $80 i ever spent) 15-30 mins and everything is tender ribs, bbq, cube steak don't matter..i make this all the time,.. a bit rich in tomato, but i like tasty kibble;
two chicken hind quarters
one 28oz can crushed tomatoes (reduce by 50% for less acidity)
one 16oz can cannelini, black, or kidney beans, drained
one large chopped yellow or sweet onion
one 16oz can sweet corn, drained
one package goya 'sazon' seasoning
two packages store bought taco seasoning or your own preferred concoction of garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and cumin to taste. i prefer my own mix, but store bought does fine in a time constraint.
add all to crock or slow cooker, cover and simmer on high for 3 hours or low for 8 hours, remove chicken quarters and separate meat, add back to crock uncovered on high for another hour or so to thicken.
serve with chihuahua cheese on tortillas lightly cooked on skillet with oil,.. sided with home made spanish rice and canned refried beans (home made refried beans takes alot of prep and makes a huge mess) cilantro, sour cream, and raw onion is optional.
no he's disabled can barely get up has $700 walker with 7 wheels on it (was given to me for him) he was in unc for 2 months last yr 1st month was to 'de fat" him before surgery lost 35 pounds only got bag of liquid everyday.. because of leg back and knee problems he can't walk it off which i'd make him do if he could, of course he'd have none of those if he hadn't got so **** fat.. he a was janitor a high school 15 yrs idk how he got this big..He can afford to semi-starve for a few months. no.. i've seen all the videos, no stupid.. few months ago neighbor gave me peppers we put them on salad they were great. she gave me more month later i cut 1 up and touched my lip and it set me on fire i threw them out had to stick my finger that had a cut on it in milk several times over an hour it still burn 5 hrs later no thanks..If I gave you $20 would you eat something spicy on camera?
literally just need to cut his calories down to less than 2000 and wait until he's ready to walk again. Find whatever that makes him feel full the most with the least amount of calories and feed him that. Or just drown him in veggies, its serious when you have all that kind of issues. If its his leg back and knees, he can still sit in the chair and punch sh*t aka boxing. Just do whatever you can to melt those calories off. relying on hospitals, medicine and surgery is not the healthiest way to do things man. Its fked up but you need to completely rehab him. I had to do it for a relative of mines they cursed the fk out of me but when they went down to 180 mostly muscle, pretty **** good for a 60 year old. from 326, they thanked me because not only health but they didnt have to pay up the @ss for hospital bills for weight related issues ever again.no he's disabled can barely get up has $700 walker with 7 wheels on it (was given to me for him) he was in unc for 2 months last yr 1st month was to 'de fat" him before surgery lost 35 pounds only got bag of liquid everyday.. because of leg back and knee problems he can't walk it off which i'd make him do if he could, of course he'd have none of those if he hadn't got so **** fat.. he a was janitor a high school 15 yrs idk how he got this big..

couple of us were talking about food on the gp thread and i run outta ideas for dinner all the time so whats good nothing spicy.. meatloaf, cubed steak, pork chops, pizza, bbq /pulled pork, chili, chicken and rice (all but pizza i do in pressure cooker) we eat these all the time.. i came up with this one get 2 cans of chicken open and warm in microwave (just to make sure it's cooked good) make salad throw chicken on it, it's like a $8 salad at restaurants.. so anything not to weird or spicy.. check out this video made me laugh
being from the chicago suburbs with milwaukee just north of me, we have one of the biggest melting pots in the world, so we're used to having original dishes from around the world that satisfies even the most finnicky pallette,.. almost every pizza joint outside of the tri-state area advertising chicago style thin crust ive even considered having was absolute garbage if the proprietors didn't originate from here.wow yeah i usually cook/fry meat 1st throw in pressure cooker (best $80 i ever spent) 15-30 mins and everything is tender ribs, bbq, cube steak don't matter..
I, once, made a batch using one little Carolina Reaper pepper. Now, you would think with 3 lbs. of ground beef and 3 large onions and all the rest that it could not possibly be that hot. WRONG!!! It was so hot that I went to the grocery store, picked up another lb. of beef and another large onion and made another batch of pepperless chili and threw that batch in the original "too hot" batch hoping that would cool it down a little. It did not. That is one hot pepper. I won't ever use that beast again.i mean i use 2 mild chili packs in mine just can't take texas pete or whatever.. my step son drinks that..
you guys might need an actual nutritionist to work out a whole monthly menu for you guys man. Grapes is full of sugar and popcorn is empty calories. You need to feed him something extremely high and heavy in volume while being very low on calories. AKA sh*t that gets him full but doesnt get him fat.oh i'm aware we need to starve him but hard to really do.. i've cut out al soda and chips and don't give him any thing to eat until dinner which is usually 1st time i eat he sleeps all day anywayt and i get up late cause wifes schedule.. i give him grapes at nite or popcorn instead of chips he used to eat, yeah we thought he was dead last yr.. humana ins set a nice scale free for him to weigh everyday it's hard to get him on that.. poor ins company he pays $49 a month they've paid $750k in his med bill past 6 yrs..
